Job Description

Plumbing Foreman 

We do work throughout the front range with a lot of ongoing projects as well as a large backlog.  All CMS foreman are working Foreman.  So will be laying out journeymen and apprentices, doing QA/QC , mentoring crew, performance feedback, job reporting, tracking and ordering material as well as working with your tools.  This includes all general plumbing work as needed per the job, shovel work for undergrounds, climbing stairs/ladders, carrying pipe/materials, working overhead, crouching/stooping, lifting 25-50lbs throughout a shift.

Skills & Requirements
  • 4 year apprenticeship certificate or 4+ years of commercial field experience
  • Current Colorado Journeyman License (or Masters License)
  • Thorough knowledge of all aspects of plumbing, construction practice and safety procedures
  • Working knowledge of all relevant national and local codes and company and industry standards.
  • Must possess and maintain licenses that are required in the jurisdictions that you are working.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work required

Foreman

Skills & Requirements
  • Current Colorado Journeyman License (or Masters License)
  • Capable of reading blueprints and specifications
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word. Experience with Blue Beam is a plus.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Physical requirements: Able to lift, push, pull or twist up to 50 lbs.  Work overhead, climb ladders, work on uneven surfaces for extended periods of time.
  • Underground plumbing work, digging trenches with heavy equipment and shovel.
  • Leadership skills a must
  • Experience running a crew on jobsite (3-5 people)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Journeyman in the mechanical/plumbing industry (Journeyman or Masters license)
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must possess the ability to multitask
  • OSHA 30 Certification (Preferred)

Pay Range:

$35.00/hr – $40.00/hr – Based off experience
