JEFFREW DREWLOW – PROJECT MANAGER

Jeff has been in the Construction industry for over 12 years. He began his career fresh out of college as an Assistant Superintendent for single family homes. From there he moved to Project Management for multifamily town homes and then to Special Projects on the Commercial side. Jeff joined the CMS team as a Project Manager for the Construction Division of CMS in early 2016. He holds a degree from CSU in Construction Management.

 

STEVE POZNANSKI – SENIOR ESTIMATOR

Steve started in the Construction industry as an HVAC apprentice over 38 years ago. His extensive field experience spans 4 states, and includes multiple certifications and 2 Masters’ Licenses. Steve’s career gives him a unique perspective in reviewing and planning projects due to his working experience as a Sheet Metal Shop Foreman, HVAC Installer, HVAC Foreman and field leadership experience as a Project Manager. Steve is an expert in the life cycle of a project and follows his projects from start to finish.

 

BRENT COLVIN – SENIOR ESTIMATOR

Brent has been with CMS since its inception. With 19 years of experience in the HVAC/Plumbing industry, Brent has a distinguished career with experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Project Management, Estimating and Service. His business leadership and business experience play a supporting role across all levels of the organization with his ability to provide full service support and mentorship.

 

PHIL PONTILLO – CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Phil is yet another CMS Manager with top-to-bottom experience. His background and experience as a field worker, Manager, and business owner in the Colorado and Arizona markets are complimented by his desire and commitment to Customer Satisfaction. With a team-oriented approach, Phil mentors his Project Managers and General Superintendents with the same drive to always take care of the customer first. He is dedicated to the company goal of always providing a safe environment to work and is always found talking to or coaching employees on the jobsite or in the office on the importance of working safe.

 

VAN SPERRY – SERVICE MANAGER

With over 18 years of experience in HVAC Service, Van has the qualifications and the expertise to manage our Customer-Centric Service Division. His experience as a previous business owner, Service Technician, and Field Services Manager drive his commitment to provide the highest level of Customer Service to all customers (internal and external). Van believes in providing his Service Technicians with the tools, resources, support and education required to diagnose and resolve Service Calls the first time out. Van also proudly served as a Military Policeman in the US Air Force for 7 years and as a paramedic in the US Army for 6 years.

 

JIM SILVA – ESTIMATOR

Jim has over 45 years of industry experience in both the Colorado and Arizona markets, divided into field experience, teaching students and leadership. Jim’s expertise on the installation and mechanical side of the business includes design drawings, design details, schedules, sequencing installations, and product specifications. Jim is a certificated teacher with the Construction Industry Training Council of Colorado in Sheet Metal.

GREG CELELLA – PROJECT MANAGER

Greg has working and supervisory experience in the Colorado and New York markets. His career started in 1985 as an Apprentice in Albany, New York. Greg worked exclusively in the field for 18 years specializing in installation and Field Supervision. Like some of our other staff members, Greg owned his own business, adding business management, process improvement and financial responsibility to his long list of experience. He has also worked both the residential and commercial markets. Now, with 31 years of experience, Greg embraces his true calling in field work and now gets the best of both worlds as a Project Manager.

 

JUSTIN FAY – GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

 

 

RICK TRENK – SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

Our Senior Sales Executive, Rick, has 12 years of experience in sales and account management, all in Colorado. Most of his experience in the industry includes working with owners, GC’s and Capital Project Managers directly on full MEP facilities, including Data Centers, Hospitality, Government, and Healthcare, Industrial, Oil & Gas, and Multi-Family, Gaming, and Arts & Entertainment sites. Rick works sales related to both, new construction and planned maintenance contracts.

 

SHANE SAMBORSKY – SAFETY MANAGER

Shane has over 17 years of working experience in Safety Management. His experience and certifications are wide-spread throughout Colorado. His experience includes structure demolition and removal, excavation, shell disposal trenches, weapons demolition, hazardous waste landfill operations, complex Army trenches (CAT), Site-wide traffic management, Life/Fire Safety Protocols and Management in high-rise buildings, Health and Safety Plan development and implementation, activity hazards analysis, respirator use and Fit testing, supplied air and air purifying respirator use, hazard communication training, hearing conservation training and noise monitoring, lockout/tagout programs and heat and cold stress monitoring. Shane is a Certified Professional Safety and Health Specialist, a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist, an Authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor – OSHA500 and an American Red Cross CPR/AED instructor. Shane received the American Red Cross Life Saver Award in 2013.

 

TOM HEIDER – SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Tom graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in Marketing in 1993. He joined the work force in Chicago and enjoyed working 12 years as a Manufacturer’s Representative. Tom relocated back to Denver in 2003 and began his career in HVAC as a Sales Representative. Tom now has 23 years of sales experience in two different markets – Chicago and Denver.

 

TOM WILLOUGHBY – SENIOR ESTIMATOR/PLUMBING MANAGER

With 28 years of experience in Plumbing, Tom brings a valued expertise to our organization. As an Apprentice and Foreman, Tom specialized in the restaurant market. His total experience combines Field work, Project Management and Business Owner and operator experience, all in the Plumbing Field. Along with estimating, he has many, many hours in design/build and design assist projects.

 

TRAVIS BUCHERICH – PROJECT MANAGER

Travis has a 26-year career in Plumbing which includes field work, assisting with new 2 plumbing start-ups in Missouri, sales, design/build, estimating, operational management, scheduling, and project management. He has experience in the Missouri, Illinois and Colorado markets. Travis holds a number of certificates in a variety of MCA and PIC programs in the plumbing and mechanical industry.
